Shadow Work & Reiki Healing

Service Description

Shadow work is a powerful tool for intentionally healing wounds that are preventing you from being your highest self. Sometimes those wounds hide in the shadows and need guidance to resurface for healing and release. Each experience with shadow work is unique and specific to your needs. This package will include options to help you on your journey to healing from what type of foods are needed, physical needs, intuitive guidance and a host of other options such as essential oils for treatment of emotional, physical or mental matters. I have resources that will help with the process of healing specific to your needs. Once the shadow work session is completed, we will transition to the reiki healing to aid in releasing and bringing awareness to your experience.
